Takimoto Ryokan Located near the centre of historic spa town Shibu Onsen, Takimoto Ryokan offers 4 indoor hot-spring baths, traditional rooms and Japanese cuisine just a 10-minute drive from Snow Monkey Park. Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lobby.Guests at Ryokan Takimoto sleep in futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Yukata robes are provided, and in winter there is a cosy Kotatsu leg-warming heated table in the room. Each room includes a mini-fridge, an LCD TV and a private toilet, and bathing is done at the shared hot-spring baths. (Baths are separated by sex.)The inn is a 5-minute drive from Yudanaka Train Station, and a free shuttle is available if requested at time of booking. Shiga Kogen Ski Resort is a 30-minute drive away. Parking is free.A set-menu breakfast and dinner are served at the dining room. Dinner features Shinshu beef and fresh mushrooms.
